If parent/guardian is unable to make full payment at time of acceptance, then payment plan may be implemented. The most lenient plan offered and accepted by the school, is one in which, tuition is paid for over ten (10) monthly payments of equal value. These payments start July and conclude in April. If tuition is not paid on, or before, the last business day of the month in which tuition is due a late charge of $20.00 will be assessed to the students account.

A fifteen (15) day grace period, past the end of the month in which payment is due, is permitted. For example; The latest date permitted for payment due during the month of October would be on 15 November. An interest of 3.0% will be charged per month to late payments.

If a student is accepted any time during a quarter, payment is due for his/her tuition for the full quarter in which they have been enrolled.

Failure to meet financial obligations jeopardizes the continued enrollment of the student. More detailed information is contained within the Educational Service Agreement between Mount Carmel School and the Parents/Guardians. This document is available in the business office.
