The islands of the CNMI have a rich history, as does Mount Carmel School. In 2002,Mount Carmel celebrated its Golden Jubilee, its 50th anniversary. The school has not only weathered the wrath of several super typhoons over the last 51 years, but it has also undergone many internal, organizational changes. One thing has never changed though, and that is the support that the island community has always shown to the school.

Mount Carmel School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Many of our graduates go on to study at schools such as Gonzaga University, Seattle University, Chaminade University, University of Hawaii and the University of San Diego. Recent graduates have also been accepted at Georgetown, Perdue, USC, Tulane, and the Coast Guard Academy. Mount Carmel School is very proud of the excellent education that it is able to provide for our small island population.
