Inform them that Mrs. Concepcion needs them to bring their I-20, their passport, and their I-94 in order for her to register them for this school year. Otherwise, they will be considered as not attending school and their I-20 will be terminated on the SEVIS Record. Those affected high school students will be excused from attending the Boot Camp Orientation.
9th – 12th Grade Teachers: Today, August 17, 2011 (Wednesday) the 9th to 12th graders will be having a SAT Boot Camp Orientation during Activity Period. The venue will be at the High School Building Hallway. Please escort your students to the presentation and be prompt. Thank you!
Teachers: Please pay attention to each class allotted time as well as the bell schedule to make sure that you do not release your students early. This is important for safety reasons and also for maximizing instructional minutes. Thank you.
